The restaurant Hrast was open in 1971 in Porec and it was the first family restaurant in this beautiful antique town
on the west coast of Istria. The family tradition and the offer of home-made food,
in combination with the magical ambient right next to the sea and the nearness of the Old Town make Hrast
one of the best restaurants in Porec.
In our Mediterranean cuisine we use fresh and healthy groceries from local manufacturers,
fresh fish from the Adriatic Sea, meat, fruits and vegetables.
We make dishes based on the traditional recipe and we make our own bread and pasta.
By conserving the tradition and adjusting to the modern cuisine, we produce new and unique
dishes completed with the exceptional offer of local and premium quality wines, which also
characterize our personal taste. We want to offer our guests the unique and complete experience,
